Where do you deliver?
NORU delivers to Spain, the other 26 countries of the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
How long will my piece take?
Most pieces in the collection are made to order: the workshop makes your piece after you buy it. Each piece's page shows its lead time, the time from your order to delivery — pieces by Santa & Cole, for example, are delivered in 5–7 weeks.
We confirm every order by email, and send tracking details when the piece leaves the workshop. If a lead time changes after you order, we tell you straight away and you can decide whether to wait or cancel for a full refund.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the United Kingdom and Europe on orders over €185. Below that it is calculated at checkout, from the destination and the size and weight of the pieces in your order. You always see the exact cost before you pay.

Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason, including for pieces made to order — unless the piece was made to your own specifications or clearly personalised for you.
You pay the direct cost of returning the piece. Large pieces such as furniture and floor lamps cannot go by ordinary post, so we send you a quote for collection by our carrier before arranging it, and you are free to use your own carrier instead. We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method.

What if a piece arrives damaged?
Check the packaging on delivery and, if you see damage, note it on the carrier's delivery note before signing. Then write to support@norudsgn.com with photographs of the piece and its packaging.
We arrange a repair, a replacement, or a refund at no cost to you. Every piece is covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity.
Are taxes and duties included?
Prices for delivery within the European Union include VAT. Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import VAT and duties, payable by the recipient unless they are shown as included at checkout.
